Vasco Flores of Highport Stables shows us around his Dalman Jump Co. tack locker and tells us what sets Dalman Jump Co. apart from the rest.
Whatâs in Vasco Floresâ tack locker?
Flores uses his tack locker to store his basic riding essentials and so much more. The built-in saddle rack is home to his Equiline saddle as he travels from show to show and back to his home barn. He uses the door hooksâ which are on the inside of both doorsâ to hang his ring bag, extra hats, and his collection of spurs.Â
He uses the hooks on the inside of the tack locker to hang his show coats and rain gear. The room under the saddle rack gives Flores enough room to store his riding boots in the box they came in.Â
The DJC tack locker provides riders with three deep and roomy shelves on one side of the tack locker. On the top shelf of his locker, Flores keeps his personal items, such as sunblock, riding gloves and a crop. The second shelf stores his horsesâ boots and the bottom shelf has his saddle pads.Â
Flores says the most unique thing he keeps in his tack locker are shoes from the horse he rode in the Central American Games. He likes to carry them around for a bit of extra luck.
Why Vasco Flores loves his Dalman Jump Co. tack locker
âI love this tack box because it has amazing features,â Flores says. He likes the extra long hooks on the inside of the locker and the powder coated finish on the inside and outside that helps prevent damage.
Other tack locker features Flores loves: the non-slip paneling inside; the padded frame of the locker; and the cool look it adds to his barn and show setup.Â
